The world is ripe for the man of lawlessness

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Saviour Yahshua Hamashiach ( Jesus Christ). It has been some time since I sat down to write, have been to caught up a lot has been happening in my life and the world at large. This took an unusually long time to finish, but here goes. The following verse is a stark warning to us all, to make sure we are on team Yahshua; Matthew 25:13 “Watch therefore, for you do not know neither the day nor the hour in  which the Son of Man is coming.” In as far as listening to advice from our Lord, The Lamb of God, our King, our Messiah, our High Priest, The One in Whom our faith and hope for salvation rest, He has good authority to advise, being The Word that was with God from infinity to infinity. We are to be watchful and mindful, and not be like those that missed His first coming; the Pharisees and Sadducee’s are just like the 5 virgins without oil in their lamp that will miss the wedding and bridegroom. In as far as the end times prophesies have given us mindfulness of what will happen in the future, we are somewhat caught in the busy frenzy of modern living and sometimes do not realize what is happening in the grand totality of our physical and spiritual worlds and connecting that with prophecy.

The beast of revelation? Socialism is back, and it’s now a popular choice among the millenniums all over the world. We have been in a political system that Satan designed and rigged to fail, it has bred greed, corruption and social unrest lately more intense worldwide; it’s no wonder socialist movements are growing. Let’s start with a Wikipedia definition of this beast from the book of revelations;  “Socialism is an economic and political system where the ways of making a living (factories, offices, etc.) are owned by the workers who run them and the people who depend on them, meaning the value made belongs to the people who make it, instead of a group of private owners. People who agree with this type of system are called socialists.[1] There are two ways socialists think of the way society can own the means of making wealth: either the state (government of the country) is used or worker-owned cooperatives are used.

The world is crying out and getting ready to move on to a new system of governance, a socialist system, where the religious liberty of Christianity has no place. The days of tolerance for bible believing and practicing Christian are definitely weaning out, just recently the pope made changes to the Lord’s prayer. People have decided that they can find their own way to God and have spoken for God when He has not spoken. What is good is bad and what was bad is now good, society has been conditioned for the final stretch. War seems to be on the horizon, India and Pakistan are not getting along, Israel has issues with Turkey, Syria and Iran, America has a huge problem with Iran, North Korea, China and Russia, The Chinese president is visiting North Korea after visiting the Russian president. All these are nuclear nations “And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.” Matt 24:6. We are one big war from the devils change of gear, according to Albert Pike who wrote to Giuseppe Mazzini in 1871 there are to be 3 world wars before the Luciferians implement their new system of governance that will enable the whole world to come under the control of the man of sin.

All this got me asking a lot of questions to God and to myself, critically am I ready to die for my faith should it come to that? I pray to God so, but as fallible as we are, I beg to ask the question; if it is so hard to let go of sin and we hold on to it and the world are we true followers of Christ? Matt 22:37 “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.” It is important for our spiritual growth and sanctification that we ask these difficult questions of ourselves. At this moment I am not under threat of death for Faith in Yahshua, although christian persecution  is happening in many countries around the world, “The Center for the Study of Global Christianity has done extensive research on Christian martyrdom, both historical and contemporary. We estimate that between 2005 and 2015 there were 900,000 Christian martyrs worldwide — an average of 90,000 per year.”Jan 17, 2017. There will come such a time undoubtedly as we read in Revelations 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgement was committed to them. Then I saw the souls of those who had beheaded for their witness to Yahshua and for the word of God who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. Clearly prophecy tells us that history will repeat itself, mass persecutions go as far back the death and resurrection of our Savior. In 64 AD Emperor Nero started the first organized persecution, and today  with the advent of technology, quantum computing and surveillance it will be so much easier to pick out bible believing Christians.

I have put some interesting links to articles that you will no doubt find informative, in heeding the call to be vigilant and to also be a watchman, it is important to keep watch of the enemy who seeks to devour. I pray that God teach us to love Him the way He first loved us, that we may keep carnal desires checked, repent and live in the spirit, the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

5 Scriptures that Prove God’s Food Laws are Still Binding

Great blog from Joshua.

Becoming Christians

FREE EBOOK promo footnote.png

The majority of Christian denominations today would agree that the dietary laws of God written in Leviticus 11 and Deuteronomy 14 are already done away with, that the death of Jesus Christ made that specific law obsolete and not binding anymore.

However, if one should take enough time to read the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, there is NO SINGLE PASSAGE that made this assumption true.

As a matter of fact, the Bible is clear that the food laws of God are still very much valid and beneficial today as it was thousands of years ago.

In this post, I will share with you 5 scriptures telling us that the food laws of God were never rendered powerless, that every Christian should follow it if they want to please God.

He must Increase

11632434
Greeting brothers and sisters, I hope that your pilgrimage to eternity is sound in the Faith of our Savior Yahshua Ha-Mashiach (Jesus Christ)… John the Baptist was a very interesting individual and one of his profound utterances in John 3:30 “He must increase, but I must decrease.” Is a mantra I have heard many times before and only now it is really resonating with my walk of faith. We in our fleshly nature inherently gravitate towards sin and the lusts and desires of our imperfect flesh, and there is only one way that we can be redeemed from this destructive path. Just as there was only one entrance into the Old Testament sanctuary that God instructed Moses to build, Exodus 25:8 “And let them make Me a sanctuary, that I may dwell among them.” 25:22 “ And there I will meet with you, and I will speak with you from above the mercy-seat, from between the two cherubim which are on the ark of the Testimony, about everything which I will give you in commandment to the children of Israel.” Post the Lamb of God shedding His blood for the remission of our sin, there is still only one way to our redemption and to The Mercy Seat Throne of God, and that way is Yahshua Ha-Mashiach (Jesus Christ).
Christ can only dwell in us if we make room in His temple(sanctuary)for Him, and for that to happen we need to decrease. It definitely is impossible through our own power to free ourselves from the bondage of sin and the lusts and desires of this world, believe me a lot of us have tried. The only thing that you will achieve is wearing yourself down and becoming an easier target for Satan to throw his fiery darts and temptation and sin become rampant. Isaiah 40:31 but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. If I had known that it was this simple, all you need to do is accept the promises of God, accept that He is the great I AM. And when He manifested Himself in Christ said “Come to me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” The load that Yahshua (Jesus) speaks about is not a physical burden, in Matthew 11:29 He says “Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. The rest we will get from our Lord is spiritual, John 6:63 “It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.” And is He not a loving God? For He knew that all that will follow Him would have tribulation in this world, but He is there to carry our burdens, just as He became sin and died for all our transgressions.
Yahshua (Jesus Christ) stands at the door knocking and He says should one open He will come in and dine with them. “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.” John 12:44 Then Jesus cried out, “Whoever believes in Me does not believe in Me only, but in the One who sent Me.” Throughout the bible God calls out to His children desiring all to be saved, so we, on our part need to empty ourselves and this starts with first and great commandment; Love your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and all your mind. For if we give God the love that we reserve for other worldly things of the flesh, we will in no doubt keep the rest of the commandments. We are living in the final chapter of this age and our destination is the New Jerusalem; where there will be no temple, for the Lord God will dwell amongst the nations. Revelation 14:12 Here is the patience of the saints; here are those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.

This Season and Its Fruits

Fruit PIcs

Image for Illustrative Purposes…..

Greetings in the Name of our Lord and Saviour, The Cornerstone upon which our faith and hope for the eternal rests. “Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or else make the tree bad and its fruit bad; for a tree is known by its fruit. 34 “Brood of vipers! How can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.” Matthew 12:33-34. Brothers and sisters, we live in the age that cannot be disputed to be prophetic days, where we will see the great falling away from the faith. I dare say that we have already fallen away from the faith, a faith that characterized what Yahshua Ha-Mashiach (Jesus Christ) taught and commanded that we teach in the great commission. We live in a time where we are led by our feelings and that is detrimental to the faith that we proclaim. In my last post I referred to the lust of the eyes being the source of our greatest vulnerability, and Satan gleefully uses that to destroy the church of Christ. “Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent and do the first works, or else I will come to you quickly and remove your lamp stand from its place – unless you repent.” Revelation 2:5 .That is one message Yahshua (Jesus) had for the church of Ephesus and we can take to heart because our Lord is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. At this point I need to emphasize that the church is not a building, the correct meaning of the Greek word ecclesia which was translated to church in English; (ECC = out, KALEO = call) The Called-Out Ones. So in essence church indicates a civil body of select people.
The basis of this post is to rein us back into true understanding of our faith, are we following God or man’s traditions? We live in the season of “mega churches” and prosperity gospel preachers and these are not biblical at all, it is wise to not to eat of the fruit thereof. A few statistics that I pulled from the internet today are rather disturbing; Joel Osteen’s Lakewood church is valued at USD60million, TD Jakes estimated net worth is USD150.2million, closer to home ‘Prophet’ Magaya donated USD1, 5 million to Grace Mugabe’s birthday bash in 2015 or so. Please tell me you can see the fruit this type of religion bears? Matthew 21:5 “Tell the daughter of Zion, Behold, your King is coming to you, Lowly, and sitting on a donkey, a colt, the foal of a donkey.” The brood of vipers that Yahshua spoke about was the Pharisees, and these same people He castigated “But all their works they do to be seen by men. They make their phylacteries broad and enlarge the borders of their garments. 6 “They love the best places at feasts, the best seats in the synagogues, 7 “greetings in the market-places, and to be called by men, ‘Rabbi, Rabbi.’ 8 “But you, do not be called ‘Rabbi’; for One is your Teacher, the Christ, and you are all brethren. 9 “Do not call anyone on earth your father; for One is your father, He who is in heaven.” Matthew 23:5-9. How clearly could our Lord have put it? As usual we are led by what feels right and we profane the commands and teachings of our Lord. The next verse tells us that they who exalt themselves shall be humbled, and as usual God gives us warning, He has said He does nothing without revealing it to His servants the prophets; and what does God tell us to GET OUT of Babylon so we do not share in any of the plagues that God’s wrath will bring.
“Every plant which My heavenly Father has not planted will be uprooted. 14 “Let them alone. They are blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind leads the blind, both will fall into a ditch.” Matthew 15:13,14 This is grade school English, he who has ears let him hear, If you are not living according to the word of God then you are being led by blind people and the ditch is the destination. God has given us a sharp mind to discern these things, when we actually pick up the bible to read it and engage other faithful believers in bible study. So next time you encounter mega churches and prosperity gospel, be careful and ask The Holy spirit to lead you into true worship that is reverent to none other than GOD Almighty. Remember that the body is The Temple of God and the lesson God gave to Moses in Exodus on building Him an altar “And if you make Me and altar of stone, you shall not build it of hewn stone; for if you use your tool on it, you have profaned it.” We have in these days a competition to see who can build the biggest and most beautiful church, whilst ignoring the poor and needy. Revelation 3:17 “Because you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing’ – and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind and naked-.” Repent! For He comes quickly….Love & Blessings

A Battle for your mind

108-daily-dependence-romans-12-2-renew-your-mind

Greetings in the name of our Savior Yahshua Ha-Mashiach (Jesus Christ), I would like to begin this post with a very familiar verse Ephesians 6:12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. We are in a war people! and Satan’s biggest weapon is deception, many of us do not know that there is a war going on. This war has been going for a very long time. Consider Revelation 12:7 And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer. Oh yes, there was war in heaven, Verse 12 goes on to say Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil has come down to you having great wrath, because he knows that he has a short time.

Now as humans we know a thing or two about war; the adversary that you fight against has one thought, and that is to subdue or annihilate you. Satan is in our midst (Revelation 2:13 “I know your works, and where you dwell, where Satan’s throne is.”) and he has taken the fight that he lost in heaven down to earth and with a vengeance. To understand what Ephesians 6:12 is telling us we need to open our minds to the metaphysical, look past all the distractions that Satan uses to occupy our minds and time. I have often heard it said that the devil’s greatest trick is convincing people that he doesn’t exist, or that he is a phantom figure that Manchester United can use as a mascot. We do not battle flesh and blood that is not our enemy; our enemy is in the spiritual. That is why we have to be led by the spirit and not the flesh, in your flesh you are doomed to lose, in the spirit you have the power of Christ with you and He has given us the power to overcome because He already overcame the world.

The world is the physical; it is everything that our eyes can see and the bible tells us that it is perishing. I have often pondered on Matthew 5:29 Yahshua talks about plucking out ones eye, and then I picked up this piece of info about the eyes from the internet; Approximately 49% of our brain’s cranial nerves are just for the eyes but the retina is only about 1 millionth of our total body weight. There is a strong connection between our eyes and our thoughts, I dare say that is where we fall short, the lust of the eyes causes us to fall into lawlessness. Paul put it in great context in Philippians 3:17-19 Brethren, join in following my example, and note those who so walk, as you have us for a pattern.18 For many walk of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: 19 whose end is destruction, whose god is in their belly, and whose glory is in their shame – who set their mind on earthly things. Clearly Paul was troubled to the point of weeping in regards to this, Satan has created his world to be centered on materialism and the desires of the eyes. I myself am trying to shed this way of thinking and looking at the world. What car do you drive?, what brand shoes are you wearing?, How expensive is your watch?, how good-looking is your partner?. The list is endless and we are caught up in grinding and grinding to get these things that will make us seem more appealing to the human eye and then we fall prey to prosperity preachers; But I challenge you, how important are these temporary things when compared to eternity.

If you were to die today, non of these things matter at all, as they say you can’t take it with you when you die. Words from The Son of Man Himself Matthew 6:19-21 “ Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; 20 “but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal.21 “ For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” Satan’s world is exactly the antithesis of this, we are in a rat race to get more and more and more, to look and dress a certain way and we put stock in this instead of making the greatest investment in the universe, and that is to seek the Kingdom of God.

Satan has stolen our time at the expense of God, I started a bible study group on Whatsapp last week and sadly like Paul my spirit was weeping for the number of people who have no time for God. Though I can guarantee you that they have plenty time for watching Game of Thrones, soccer, Idols, Muvhango etc. My heart is pained that people do not see, John 10:10 “ The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy.” Satan comes to steal your mind and time in the process he has destroys you, because we know that life is in Christ, and if you are not found worthy in the Great Day of The Lord, well that’s that isn’t it? When Yahshua tells us that before His coming Luke 17:27 “ They ate, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.” So shall it be at His coming, people will be doing what they do day-to-day, life will be going on and then suddenly…. I think you get the picture here. 2 Corinthians 4:4 …whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.

Let us not be deceived and be caught by surprise, let your passions be for Christ, live a life that mirrors the perfect law that He has commanded and put the devil to shame by not buying into his many devices, distractions and snares. In closing; Ephesians 4:17-24 Paul exhorts us “ This I say, therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you should no longer walk as the rest of the Gentiles walk, in the futility of their mind,18 having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart; 19 who, being past feeling, have given themselves over to lewdness, to work all uncleanness with greediness. 20 But you have not so learned Christ. 21 if indeed you have heard Him and have been taught by Him, as the truth is in Jesus: 22 that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to deceitful lusts, 23 and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, 24 and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness. I love you all and I hope this post edified you into searching not lukewarm Christianity but a burning passion that will see you refined like gold by God’s fire into everlasting grace.

Veil of Flesh

BLINDING LIGHT OF TRUTH

It hung like a wretched cloak stitched together by dying bones and sinews
Silhouette of an image that lay beneath, a shadow cast on the light of my soul
In desperation to live, I grabbed the cloak tighter and tighter as if I shivered
Only to feel its coldness, shadowy sinews, weighed down my flickering lamp

It darkened the glimmer that ought to shine through the windows of my soul
Showing me misty lucid dreams, I groped to feed an insatiable master
Held captive in my own existence, without sight I could not feel a way out
Loneliness, no, never, for in the darkness, I heard the song that came from the gallows

A melodious whisper came in the darkness “Why do you boast in evil, O mighty man?”
“The goodness of God endures continually” and it echoed in my mind’s hallways
Breaking free all thoughts, shattering darkened desires and transgressions
I felt the warmth of His presence, my hands and heart overcome

The trickle of His warm blood, an outpouring of Love, drenched my wretched cloak
Saturated by His mercy, the weight of existence became too heavy to bear
I felt my cloak slipping away, I clutched at the thing I thought I knew best
My desires, I could hold on to no longer, for His blood wouldn’t let

Like the sun rises ending the dark of night, shed my cloak
O my God! Here I am, in the nakedness of Adam and Eve
Do not cover me Lord for my light will shine again in spirit
Having given up the darkness of this world, He reigns…

I haven’t  written poetry in quite some time, so please I am still finding my writing feet so to speak. I hope you enjoy the read and that it will resonate…. Love and Blessings

Serious Lessons Running Taught Me about the Christian Race

Becoming Christians

Joining a fun run gave me a fresh perspective of what it really means to finish our Christian race. Here are the amazing and remarkable lessons I learned from running.

FREE EBOOK promo footnote.png

It was a cold Sunday morning when I started running. After a few minutes, a thin layer of sweat started to cover the nape of my neck. My heart was starting to beat faster and my leg muscles got tighter.

It was just a month ago when I decided to run 10 kilometers (6.21 miles) and now, I was actually there trying to stay in the race and finish it the quickest time possible.

Finally, after 1 hour and 14 minutes, I was able to cross the finish line!

The euphoria I felt while running with hundreds of other runners and the self-fulfillment I experienced after finishing my very first 10K race just filled me with elation.

Looking back, there…
